2. Description of Service

MenuVision is a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence to analyze restaurant menu images and provide information about dishes, ingredients, allergens, and dietary compatibility. The service is intended as a helpful tool, not as medical or health advice.

Important Health Disclaimer: MenuVision provides AI-generated analysis that may not be 100% accurate. The app is not a substitute for communication with restaurant staff. If you have food allergies or dietary restrictions, always confirm ingredients directly with your server before ordering. MenuVision is not liable for allergic reactions or health issues resulting from reliance on our analysis.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use MenuVision
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
You must provide accurate information when creating your account
You must be at least 13 years old to use MenuVision

4. Credits and Purchases

MenuVision operates on a credit system for menu scans
Your first scan is free
Additional scans require credits, which can be purchased through the app
All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store
Credits do not expire
Credits are non-refundable except as required by applicable law
Credits cannot be transferred between accounts

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the app for any illegal purpose
Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the app
Upload content that is obscene, illegal, or infringes on others' rights
Create multiple accounts to abuse the free scan offer
Use automated systems to access the service
Resell or redistribute the service

6. Intellectual Property

MenuVision and its contents are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws
You retain ownership of menu images you upload
By uploading images, you grant us a license to process them for providing the service

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

MenuVision is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
We do not guarantee the accuracy of menu analysis
We are not liable for any health issues, allergic reactions, or other damages resulting from use of our service
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for credits in the past 12 months

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MenuVision from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the app or violation of these terms.

9. Termination

You may stop using MenuVision at any time
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms
Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases, but unused credits may be forfeited

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of MenuVision after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or email.

11. Governing Law
